Emily Grimes

Emily Grimes grew up in the countryside spending time with horses and various other landlocked activities. She didn’t pick up a surfboard until she was 21 on holiday in Australia. Now living near Newcastle on the UKs North Sea, she surfs as often as possible. As a maths teacher, Emilys time management is enough to tie in teaching classes and searching for waves.

Lee Spencer Part 1

Lee "Frank" Spencer is a Royal Marines Commando veteran who has served in Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan, he is also one of a handful of people to row the Atlantic Ocean as a team and more impressively, on his own.

After losing his right leg below the knee whilst helping at a scene of an accident on the M3 motorway, he believed that he had lost purpose in life. But through courage and cheerfulness under the face of adversity. Overcame all his physical and mental demons. 

In Part 1 Adz and Frank talk about life in the Marines, some of the ideas Frank has to raise money for charities.
