We also talk about Iraq and Afghanistan, and other pertinent subjects related to conflict. Goose is also heavily involved the The Royal Marines Association and many charities including the Royal Marines Charity.

Jon Wayne Freeman is a guy who has set a new boundary within the surf genre called "Surf Comedy". To me this is what surfing and riding waves is about, FUN and not taking life so seriously, making the most of riding waves and enjoying the ocean to relive us of everyday life. Jon has made something of his Instagram videos and posts to express this and we can all identify with him. Jon talks about how he hooked up with Kook of the Day and also how he collaborated with Surfer Magazine to create a mini series called The Ultra Core Surf Hour. Check it out. Tom Carroll is an Australian former professional surfer from Sydney. During Toms professional surfing career he accumulated 2 World Junior Titles, The Triple Crown of Surfing, 3 Pipeline Masters Titles and 2 ASP (now WSL) World Titles. In this episode Tom discusses his early competing days as a Pro Juniour, time on the World Tour and what surf craft he is riding today.

Mark Ormrod is a former Royal Marine Commando and the United Kingdoms first triple amputee from Helmand Province in Afghanistan. Mark talks about how he has dealt with the horrific incident, and how he overcame that to become a truly inspirational and successful human being.

Andrew Cotton is a professional big wave surfer. He is one of the world’s most respected big wave surfers basing himself in Nazare, Portugal and West Ireland for much of the big wave season. He also travels the globe surfing some of the biggest and heaviest waves on the planet such as Peahi in Hawaii, Mavericks in California and The Right in West Australia. Andy is humble and very forthcoming about his experiences in the water and out.
